**Summary**:
- Develops, implements and/or maintains one or a combination of cost accounting and spending systems to prepare, analyze and /or explain financial reports.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Collects data, allocates costs and prepares reports on labor, equipment, depreciation, assembly or other operating expenses, ensuring that established procedures are followed.
- Prepares journal entries; maintains and reconciles ledger accounts.
- Prepares financial statements and variance reports as requested.
- Prepares Cycle counts Bowler report.
- May do analysis and prepare special reports.
- May interpret reports and records for managers.
- Prepares financial spending reports - analyzing and explaining information.
- Analyze & forecast financial absorption for production operations.
- Responsible for the preparation and presentation of accurate monthly summary of expenses such as direct costs.
- Cost Reduction project financial validation.
- Prepare monthly reports on financials to be distributed to the business.
- Active participation on annual Budget preparation.
- Active participation on financial audits (Internal & External).
- Active participation in the annual physical inventory.
- Analysis of variations in the annual cost roll up process.
**Requirements**:
- Accounting or Engineering degree
- Minimum of 5 years of experience.
- A seasoned, experienced professional with complete understating of principals, concepts, practices and standards.
- Analytical skills
- English - Intermediate level (Read, speak, write).
- MS Office, ERP Licenses
