**Key Responsibilities**:
Process quote requests, orders, and order status requests diligently
Quality assurance audits and monitoring
Involvement in process improvement projects
- Customer service calls

**YOU MUST HAVE**:

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
Some experience in the field
Advanced English skills
Multicultural approach
Problem solving skills
Customer service experience and customer care skills (previous experience with international customers is a plus)
Organization skills, ability to follow up on several tasks at the time, well-disciplined and professional
- Microsoft.
- Very Good interpersonal and verbal & written communication skills
