Responsibilities Develop and launch new products and services for various sectors, such as retail, healthcare, transportation, industrial, logistics, and manufacturing. Collaborating to create and execute go-to-market strategies, sales enablement tools, and customer feedback mechanisms. Achieve revenue and customer satisfaction goals for the products under your portfolio. Manage the product lifecycle of barcode scanners, mobile computers, printers, RFID readers, or similar AIDC technologies. Conduct market research, competitive & pricing analysis, and customer segmentation for the AIDC market. Deliver innovative and differentiated solutions that meet the needs and expectations of the target segments. Identify and pursuing new business opportunities with resellers, system integrators, and end-users in the AIDC space, preferably with leading distributors of AIDC products and services. Partner with the marketing members to design and implement promotional campaigns, incentive programs, and training events for the AIDC business. YOU MSUT HAVE At least two years of experience as an offering/product manager in the AIDC industry, preferably with a leading provider of AIDC solutions such as Zebra Technologies, Datalogic, Newland, Elgin, Ingram Micro, Scansource etc. Good English communication skills Bachelor's degree in business administration or engineering with a focus on Marketing, or a related field. Strong knowledge of the AIDC market trends, challenges, and opportunities. WE VALUE ·Some experience with executing Marcom in B2B & B2C
