Be the customer's key contact and interface for all quality related aspects and fully responsible for handling customer quality complaints in this America's Region.
Work globally and closely with factory, engineering, sales, marketing, and with external customers to address quality issues with corrective actions.
Primary support to start is Semiconductor Business Unit (SBU)About the job:- System maintenance tracking customer complaints (Caweb).- Leader in solving problems related to customer complaints.- Act as focal point or key contact for all quality related customer communications (internally and externally)- Work with customers to verify and understand the device and system level issues- Address customer issues and update customers in a timely manner regarding the status of the quality issues or inquires- Provide feedback to internal team regarding to customers demand on quality standard, expectation on product quality, and drive for continuous improvements- Prepare and update all necessary quality reports as required by customers- Track Customer Review scorecards and Customer Satisfaction for targeted accounts.- Maintaining customer portal (as needed)- Visits proactive and customer tracking.- Manage requests for customer visit/audits and work with the factories for support and follow-up response.- Lead or drive project or program improvement related to Customer or Quality for ESBU and Littelfuse.About you:- Degree: Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineer, or similar.- 3+ total years in Quality, Manufacturing, or Engineering function.
Sr Engineer desired is 8+ Years.- 1+ years in working with customers and excellent direct customer support skills.- Knowledge of manufacturing principles and manufacturing engineering techniques.- Working knowledge of quality tools including cause-and-effect diagram, control chart, histogram, Pareto chart, control plan, 8D, failure modes-and-effects analysis.- Knowledge of electronics, electrical circuit protection, or mechanical assemblies desired.- Sound knowledge on ISO9000 / TS16949, automotive experience and exposure is an added advantage.- Factory audit skills / certification desired.- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
