Sr. Customer Service Representative

Job DescriptionOversees demand process through direct communication with Customers, Commercial, and vendor scheduler-MPS departments, critical to plant short to long term operations performance by creating monthly Sales Inventory Operations Plan.
Capable of providing coaching and training to peers and team members.
Responsible for meeting the AOP and SIOP goals on weekly and monthly inventory targets and supplier and customer delivery metrics.ResponsibilitiesOversees Sales Order Management.Handles expedite requests from the Customer.Provides recovery dates for any schedules that will not ship on time.Coordinates transportation/logistics with the shipping department and Customer.Direct interface with customers for expediting and order placement issues.Oversees CS Team forecasting for current plus 3 months.As part of the operations team, responsible for plant performance metrics (Customer PD & OTTR, Shipments, Premium Freights, etc).RequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering or Business.6+ years of experience in Customer Service or a similar role.SAP (preferred)/ MRP experience.Six Sigma Green Belt (preferred).Logistics/Transportation process knowledge.English proficiency (Advanced).Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.Excellent organizational ability and effectiveness with internal and external parties.Strong verbal, written, and listening skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
