A project management office is a group within an organization responsible for defining standards and executing tasks associated with managing projects.
PMO is a team recognized for leadership, innovation and diversity.
The Sr. CX Project Manager plays an integral role during the initial planning stages for any project.
They create structured schedules and project plans based on the project goals, resources needed, potential risks, time to market and budget constraints.
They are able to identify processes and activities to improve.
Since the Sr project manager has a broader scope, understanding of the basic processes and standards of different departments across the organization, they are better equipped to identify workable process standards and best practices for how teams should approach projects.
Once it has identified a process improvement initiative, the Sr. Project Manager implements, documents and communicates the new procedures to the rest of the organization

**Key Responsibilities**:
The Sr. Project Manager role is to help drive the identification, planning and execution of improvements initiatives.
- Work in collaboration with the GBE General Managers and their teams to identify and deliver improvement initiatives to drive growth and productivity
- Utilize standard project management tools (STP / Six Sigma / HOS) to review the feasibility and justification of identified initiatives.
- Collate and maintain necessary information, data, process maps and other related documentation to support strategic and tactical decision making.
- Establish effective working relationships with business stakeholders and functions to understand requirements for successful strategy deployment.
- Utilize standard work with Functional Teams to ensure functional lead projects are aligned with GBE objectives.
- Develop robust business cases to present to business leadership to gain necessary resource allocation, focus and prioritization to execute effectively represent the GBE as appropriate in project review meetings.
- Implement a clear MOS to support effective deployment and communication of project progress and escalation to GBE / Transformation Leaders
- Facilitate project meetings & coordinate project RAIL's, follow up tasks & communications to ensure functional owners are accountable for project deliverables
- Tactical task execution in support of assigned projects, including collation of financial / statistical / business information to support decision making
- Maintain consistent project metrics dashboard to measure adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
- Enable identification of risks and support contingency planning for resolution / mitigation
- Drive solutions to assigned tasks utilizing a proactive approach to problem solving
- Champion change through influencing stakeholders and driving continuous improvement

**YOU MUST HAVE**:

- University degree in business administration OR commercial/technical education with additional higher diploma in business administration
- Work Experience Required (area and length of experience) Min.
5 years' work experience working in an international work environment.
- Demonstrated results in system and project/process management with customer focus.
- Prior experience of process mapping evaluation and to identify opportunities for improvement
- Use of Six Sigma / Lean Management / HOS in the workplace
- Experience in participating in business improvement projects
