Must be able to commute 3 days a week to office location in Mexico City, Mexico OR Buenos Aires, Argentina.ResponsibilitiesGather, clean, and analyze large datasets to provide actionable insights.Design and develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent.Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within data to support business decisions.Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Perform ad-hoc data analysis and provide timely reporting to key stakeholders.Apply statistical methods to solve business problems and provide predictive analytics where necessary.Analyze and document system requirements, workflows, and processes for technical improvements.Serve as a liaison between IT, data engineering, and business teams to ensure accurate data integration and flow across platforms.Assist with the design, development, and implementation of data ingestion, transformation, and ETL processes.Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data integrity and optimize the performance of data pipelines.Conduct system testing and quality assurance of data solutions to ensure they meet business needs and technical specifications.Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines and technical issues as they arise, ensuring prompt resolution.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Experience: 5+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field. Experience working as a technical analyst or in a technical role is highly desirable.Technical Skills: Proficient in SQL and querying relational databases. Experience with ETL processes, data modeling, and database management. Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (e.G., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik). Familiarity with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis. Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Knowledge of AIOps tools for automation, monitoring, and optimization of data pipelines is a plus.Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and an aptitude for detailed analysis.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical data to non-technical stakeholders.Collaboration: Strong ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and business teams.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.Knowledge of big data tools and technologies (e.G., Hadoop, Spark).Certifications in data analytics, cloud platforms, or relevant technical domains.Analytical mindset with attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
