Home'Bank is our flagship product and we are looking for an experienced, creative, organized and innovative Sr Digital Marketing specialist who will help us further build on Home'Bank's positioning and shape the messaging around it.

In this role you will be part of our Communications and Brand Experience Center of Excellence and work within our Digital Tribe, part of the team that builds Home'Bank.
- You will be responsible for the communication strategy around Retail business products, both internal and external. This varies from communication around new features, new releases, regular social media & content presence to acquisition campaigns.
- You will work in close relations with the product leads and the strategy leads of the customer engagement tribe.
- You will connect with stakeholders to identify business needs and opportunities for Retail Business.

Your day to day
- Planning and executing a consistent and timely go-to-market communication strategy for Retail Business products and services.
- Brief and manage 360 marketing campaigns.
- Taking the lead on positioning, messaging and compelling storytelling (be it in briefs, campaigns, presentations, etc.)
- Partnering with our Agencies to find fun, relevant and innovative ways to communicate around business needs.
- Budget planning, forecasting and follow-up experience.
- Drive quarterly QBR marketing strategy and campaign planning.
- Being the eyes and ears of our business teams when it comes to retail products
- gather actionable insights from social media, the contact support team, app stores, etc.

What you bring to the team
- At least 5 years' experience in (product) marketing, preferably at a tech company.
- Proven track record of successful 360 Marketing campaigns.
- Experience in working with different digital platforms and social media and using them in campaigns.
- Excellent copywriting skills.
- Experience in developing marketing strategies and executing them.
- Experience in delivering marketing campaigns, both on and off line.
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and agencies.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time and projects efficiently.
- Goal-oriented, organized, team player.
- Self-motivated and self-directed.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
