Experience in leading sophisticated delivery processes through other leaders and the ability to empower and engage leaders and employees in building an impactful and service oriented culture.- Confirmed ability of establishing relationships, influencing and partnering with key customers in achieving high quality service delivery. This includes phenomenal communication and teamwork skills and excellent stakeholder management internally and externally.- Understanding of the financial and HR processes including knowledge of the relevant supporting system support and how they can be deployed in the business.- Execution and continuous improvement experience. Proven ability to lead mapping, optimising and redesigning of the processes in a service center context- Service Shared Center experience Consistent track record from leading the implementation of/operating a multifunctional shared service center or equivalent- Strong business experience, Understand how the business works and how the BSO will play a meaningful role in innovating and globalising the LEGO Group. This also means that you will be overall responsible for ensuring high quality service delivery towards the LEGO business and corporate functions in North and South America where we go above and beyond a traditional SSC set-up.You will become part of the global BSO leadership team where you will have a key role entering with a strategic mind-set and be accountable for developing the global BSO organisation and for owning the BSO Americas organisation
