The Senior Director, Finance LATAM will report to SVP of Commercial Finance leading a team of 50 employees and 30 indirect resources. This leader will be responsible for the Financial Planning and Analysis, Controllership, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Procurement and Sales Audit functions for the cluster of LATAM. This includes the Mexico operation and oversight of the rest LATAM markets: Brazil, Chile, Perú, Colombia, Bolivia as well as the Distributors and Licensee business of Central, South America and the Caribbean. This is a highly visible role and will act as a key member of the Cluster Leadership Team. This person will not only lead financial results for all LATAM markets but provide leadership and coordination for activities such as budgeting and forecasting. They will act as a trust advisor, providing strategic guidance and insight to support the meeting of financial objectives across the business. About the Job: Lead budgeting, forecasting and analysis activities, including annual budgeting and quarterly forecasts for revenue, margin, and operating expenses working in coordination with commercial leaders in Mexico, MD's of Brazil, Andes, Colombia and key partners in the rest of LATAMBe a trusted business partner to the VP and General Manager, LATAM, and to key stakeholders (internal and external) meeting regularly to review current period results and to gather information for forecast updates.Co-Lead accounting close process for Mexico (US GAAP and Local Statutory), consistent with required corporate and fiscal deadlines, ensuring accounting principles and global finance policies are followed (SOX, US GAAP, Local GAAP)Drive the financial strategy for LATAM for the long term, including 2025 Vision and Strategic Business Plan (SBP) including special projects and organic acquisition initiatives in LATAMLead the financial portion of Monthly Business Review (MBR), and Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes and participate in the regular meeting cadence with LATAM leadership
