Sr Distribution Coordinator

**Descripción y detalle de las actividades**- Plans, schedules, coordinates, expedite and monitors, finish goods shipments from the Manufacturing Facility or Distribution Center to different branches ensuring processes achieve the most effective network utilization and freight cost within the expected lead times at all moment.
The goal is to ensure the smooth operations of a variety of channels aiming for maximum efficiency across the pipeline towards a high customer satisfaction.Analyze daily expedite reports to determine pulls for FedEx to fill stock transfers & back orders for customers/distributors.Work with sterilizer and production teams to determine release dates of finished goodsWork with customer service team to enter, re-route, and manage back orders to the designated final destinations via the appropriate shipment method.Analyze forecast/ordering patterns to determine charge codes for re-routes to ensure proper GL accounts are charged.Act as a liaison between Operations & Supply Chain departments to facilitate all expedites & full trailer movements as once voice between the two entitiesCreate pick sheets and provide to shipping team follow up with tracking reports to verify shipments completed.
