We are looking for an Ecommerce Sr Especialist to join our team and help in the management and development of our B2C digital / ecom strategy. It is important that this person is familiar with the ecommerce direct to customer and digital performance. This role provides support for mid-level management, direction for our ecommerce vendors and providers and as well commercial allies. Project and prevent according to sales scenarios.- Making and analyzing reports in order to direct the best strategy to the teams, make better decisions and build better development plans with a sense of urgency.- Lead and coordinate strategic projects by setting goals, expectations, goal oriented and push teams to involve and deliver their duties.- Manage digital merchandizing, product assortment selection, planification and distribution- In charge of provide the best Customer Experience in site end to end by coordinating and managing operations in Customer care, logistics, UX, IX, merch, marketing and finance.- Control P&L, expenses, provide recommendations to increase profitability and reduce expenses.- Create alliances and promotions in collaboration with payment methods, banks and stetegic partners.- Owning the result and moving towards the company's expectations.Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree is greatly appreciated, but a combination of college education and work experience is accepted- Minimum 5 years of experience in ecommerce B2C (Direct to customer) retail apparel business or other consumer ecom similars.LOCATIONMexico, D.F., MexicoFULL TIME/PART TIMEFull time
