You have fixed a lot of problems, so you know how sort out what is meaningful and what is not to be as efficient as possible. You have run DOE's and done the statistics to make well informed decisions. You like getting your hands dirty and want to be the one disassembling a problem to find out what is broken and how to fix it. You also have:- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Robotics, or similar Engineering disciplines- 3-5+ years of Electrical System Design Experience- Hands-on Ability to build electrical circuits and prototypes- Experience with MS Office packages (Excel, Project, Word, Outlook)- Experience managing multiple projects and tasks- Ability and interest in learning about new technologies and processes- Ability to take initiative in solving problems- Experience programming micro controllers- Proficient in the use of an oscilloscope and data acquisition equipment- Motor Design Experience is a Plus**What You'll Do**As an Electrical Engineer-Motors, you'll be part of our Global Tools & Storage team located in Monterrey, MX
