About the role We are looking for a qualified and dedicated Senior Manufacturing Engineer to support production and test equipment, as well as support projects and product or production line changes.
This position is key to ensuring efficient operations, implementing continuous improvements and maintaining a high level of safety and performance in manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities: As a Sr Eng, Mfg Engrg, you'll be responsible for: Coordinating activities to increase the productivity of testing stations.
Developing strategies to reduce downtime during Run Tests.
Managing the inventory of spare parts and consumables for Run Test and charging stations.
Leading the implementation of approved projects.
Executing changes in compliance with the PCR (Product Change Request).
Promoting root cause analysis (RRCA) for major plant issues using Carrier Excellence tools.
Participating in and implementing continuous improvement projects focused on cost reduction, scrap, and process defects.
Developing and updating testing routines in accordance with ECN (Engineering Change Notice).
Coordinating the procurement of new equipment for NPI (Testing & Charging).
Ensuring process certification (Procert) for assigned equipment.
Driving process development and improvements with a strong focus on safety.
Coordinating the installation of equipment and production line modifications for the proper implementation of the A2L Project (Run Test & Charging stations).
Ensuring manufacturing systems are operational and efficient.
Providing technical expertise in manufacturing engineering for heat exchangers.
Collaborating with EH&S to identify and implement safe procedures and improve ergonomics in the manufacturing process.
Managing technical staff and work plans.
Defining, evaluating, and managing critical process tools.
Analyzing productivity metrics and developing strategic plans to achieve goals.
Providing manufacturing support for ECN & NPI.
Generating and updating procedures and work methods.
Coordinating and executing plans to achieve process certification.
Requirements We are looking for people who are Sr Mfg Eng.

As a minimum you must have: 3+ years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer.
Bachelor´s Degree in IMA, IME, Industrial Engineering or related.
Microsoft Office (Excel Avanced).
Advanced English.
