Primarily Activities:Leadership Responsibilities Ensure that group structure and staffing levels are in line with business requirements Ensure data is collected, analyzed and corrective actions implementr group metrics Support long-range and short-term grorecasts, goals, objectives, and priorities Resolve customer and internal issues cilitate implementation of group objectives and achieve customer satisfaction Metrics Define / Developmethr tracking customer specific performance Define action plan / corrective actions to address performance issues Present OEM Monthly metrics at BOS meetings Plant Containment and Corrective Actions Coordinate plant containmenctior critical and high visibility events Review / Approve Global Reporting System (GQRS) submissions Review open GQRS status with REs and Manufacturir timely resolution and closure Review and approve all rework instructions in Authorized Rework System (ARS) and assure timely Good Job Number (GJN) submissions and timely Authorized Rework (AR) closurllow-up with Resident Engineers (RE) regarding Build Issues status to assure issue closure Challenge the customer on erroneous charges/issues Manage high pressure crisis situatiocilitate coordination meetings with the REs / Manufacturing Customer Interface Monitor PPM and customer rejections to address discrepancicilitate actions to address customer related issues and initiatives Manage Cost Recovery Activities Negotiate Paymeom Internal and rnal Suppliers Ensure timely recovery of all outstanding monies and drive elevation YNA Internal Supponctions Participate in ISO/TS internal/rnal audicilitate cross departmental issues as they pertain to internal/rnnctions Provide backfill support as requirr other Production / Pre-Production Managers Skills:Dynamic Leadership Problem solving Declaracin de igualdad de oportunidades de empleo.
