Sr. Engineer Budget Planner

Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:

Support implementation and administration of the portfolio to align with business strategies and successful delivery with budget management.
Provide the budget outlook for Product Development expenses, Salary & Fringe, Travels, and Admin expenses for the category; and understand the drivers when the budget is over than the target.
Build a good relationship and trust with the engineering and cross-functional team members.

Qualifications
Language Skills: Fluent and conversational English
Education: Engineering Major
Experience:

Demonstrated ability in data aggregation and analytics for large data sets.
Demonstrate organizational problem-solving and strong interpersonal skills.
Must be able to effectively communicate well with staff at all levels of the organization.
Strategic thinking: Ability to see the big picture and drive tactics to execute strategy.
High Analytical Skills.
Ability to work independently while fostering good working relationships across physical distance and have flexibility and the capacity to handle multiple tasks at once.
Basic / medium level of budget and portfolio management.
Ability to work in a cross-functional, matrix environment supporting multiple teams, functional areas, and sites.
Ability to prioritize multiple requests and changing priorities.
Be a critical thinker: Ability to analyze information objectively and make reasoned judgment.

PPM (Planisware)
Tableau
SAP
Microsoft Office / Google Packages (Looker Studio is a plus)
