Individual success is measured through participation in teamwork and steady contribution to the creation and maintenance of flexible, effective and profitable AME projects.**Your Team**No direct reporter.**What You Will Do**- Participate in NPD projects with high focus on DFM and the related areas of manufacturing process and technology, drive best practice for manufacturing from design early involvement.- Coordinate with AME NPI team and generate the estimated manufacturing process flowchart and cycle time per each station. Make assessment for the manufacturing labor cost and jigs.- Support R&D team to implement CV, EV and DV build in the factory, proactively study the HARMAN customized components manufacturing process and fully support PV and MP build.- Prepare advanced manufacturing, assess fixtures design, process design and improvements.- Support local quality department before PV builds, record the potential problems and seek solutions as quickly as possible. Generate the PFMEA report.- Offer trainings to operators in the factory, do trouble shooting and continuous improvement.- Make sure that the documentations with focus on Manufacturing Processes regarding NPI are available in time to meet the project timeline.**What You Need**- Engineering bachelor's degree in mechanics / electronics, or equivalent education.- Minimum 10 years of Process Engineering experience at electronic manufacturing plants.- Familiar with PCBA design rules, requirements and manufacturing process.- Solid experience of NPI process and electronic products manufacturing process.- Excellent communication skills in order to secure cross-functional cooperation.- Good reading and writing English skills, fluent oral English level is preferred.**What is Nice to Have**- IPC training certificates.- Familiar with more than one kind of customized electronic components manufacturing process, such as PCB, transformer, inductor, etc.- Proficient in using MiniTab is a plus.- Electromechanical industry background.**What Makes You Eligible**- Be willing to travel up to 30%, domestic and international travels required
