That's why all our employees enjoy access to dynamic career opportunities across different fields and industries.**Key Responsibilities**:- Experience on Value Engineering/Component Engg projects.- Management of cost reduction programs- Leading multifunctional teams- People development programs**YOU MUST HAVE**:- Bachelor´s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering- 5-7 years of experience in a similar position- Design mechanical product and manufacturing processes.- English Proficiency- Experience having people in charge.**WE VALUE**:- Six Sigma Certification.- Green Belt certification.- Program management certification.- Black Belt certification.- Experience in Value engineering and component engineering.
