**Driving Infinite Possibilities Within A Diversified, Global Organization**:Support the sales function in the HCE-Connected Cyber organization by developing accurate, timely and professional estimates. You will analyze the sales estimates to the customer requirements and provide guidance on factors to be used for competitive estimating. You will provide accurate and timely estimates which include Software, Hardware and labor effort by skilled discipline. You will develop cost effective estimates and identify explicit proposal inclusions to be prepared within required timelines. You will seek new and creative solutions for addressing customer needs.**Key Responsibilities**:- Develop Estimates and proposal writing.- Identify Proposal Inclusions- Propose and Estimate alternate Solutions, when applicable- Build relationships between internal customers.- Ability to lead and align stakeholders during proposal KOMs.- Supporting Cross-LOB projects- Oversee the E2E process for finalizing a techno-commercial proposal.- Proposal Project Management**YOU MUST HAVE**:- Bachelor's degree, preferably in a technical area.- 2 years+ experience in a Sales Support function / Proposal and Estimation- Basic knowledge of Honeywell's approach to Cyber security- Fluent in English (writing/speaking) - minimum B2 level**WE VALUE**:- Excellent team and communication skills- An ability to take initiative and work with limited direction- Strong numerical aptitude- Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office Package- Six Sigma experience is a plus.- Experience with project specials estimations.
