What you will do The Ethics & Compliance Officer, Senior Manager, will support Latin America North (LAN) and Latin America South (LAS) by driving the Ethics & Compliance (E&C) program in outlined clusters (excluding Brazil).
This role is a strategic partner to the business leadership teams ensuring business practices and activities are following internal guidelines, local laws and regulations and anti-corruption laws including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and other anti-corruption laws and regulations.
The Ethics & Compliance organization is part of the Kenvue Legal and Compliance organization (KLC).
The Ethics and Compliance Officer (LAN and LAS) will be part of the Americas E&C team and will report to the LATAM Ethics & Compliance Director.
Key Responsibilities Live the Kenvue Way, its purpose, values and behaviors and contribute to ethical and compliant decision-making to foster compliant growth at Kenvue.Represent Ethics and Compliance in Latam North and South leadership teams, build partnerships with senior business management including Company Managing Directors to ensure compliance is being driven within their organizations.
Report compliance program status to Country Leadership Teams.Assist in developing compliance strategies and translating these for implementation at the local level, based on local needs, goals and objectives, considering local external regulatory trends and environment.Ensure the Compliance Program framework and controls effectively assess and mitigate risks and prevent and/or detect violations of laws, regulations, or policies, taking appropriate corrective action as needed.Co-Chair Clusters Compliance Committees.Work closely with both the Global E&C team as well as the Americas E&C team, contributing to the overall alignment on team vision, key priorities and deliverables.
Enable a team culture of innovation, accountability, development, constant learning and collaboration.Partner with the Latam E&C team in charge of support to the professional marketing organization (Health Care Professional relations).Build strong connections with Kenvue Legal and Compliance teams, including the Law Department, Privacy, Brand Protection and Global Security.Collaborate with Global Investigations team as needed.In consultation with Employee Relations, Human Resources and the Law Department, help to ensure there is a consistent disciplinary mechanism in place for noncompliance.Exercise an outside-in focus.
Work with industry associations and other external organizations to develop industry policies and standards in close cooperation with other cluster/country COs, to help shape the external environment.Qualifications What we are looking for Required Qualifications Minimum of BA/BS required.Minimum of 10 years of business and/or compliance or legal-related experience, including a minimum of 3 years of demonstrated leadership experience in Ethics & Compliance or related compliance function.Knowledge of commercial sales and marketing practices for consumer health and/or consumer goods and the related compliance risks.Ability to develop and maintain effective partnerships and working relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization based on an understanding of their concerns, needs, and motivation and to advise on business initiatives and complex compliance issues.Knowledge of relevant laws, policies, standards, auditing practices and company business and policies.Ability to lead project teams across multiple business units and functions, as well as regional or global projects.Excellent verbal and written communications skills.Fluency in Spanish and English (reading, writing, verbal).Knowledge about industry associations.Desired Qualifications MBA or any other advanced degree preferred.CCEP-I or other relevant Compliance related certification.Experience in the development and/or implementation of a compliance program in accordance with an organization's risk profile.Experience working with governmental regulatory bodies, and/or managing Compliance company policies.Elementary Portuguese proficiency (reading, writing, verbal).What's in it for you · Paid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Volunteer Time & More!
