Sr. Expats Specialist needs to ensure the smooth and successful relocation of employees across international borders. They are responsible for overseeing the mobility process, from assignment planning and immigration compliance and ongoing support, responsible for managing resources for paying vendors and intercompany process.

The position will entitle to make the implementation, and enforcement of organization standards, baselines, and procedures in compliance according with policies for the expatriation process and international localization, must be a person with excellent orientation to customer service diagnose, troubleshoot, and escalate or resolve customer issues.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support year-end payroll initiatives and reporting requirements to ensure global mobility program needs are met working with internal and external partners as required.
- Manage the payments related to the assignment including payroll instructions, expenses, and invoices.
- Feed and research data for budget planning yearly.
- Coordinates with other departments such as Payroll, Finance, Legal, Travel, and Compensations to align benefits and provide the right support to the assignees.
- Responsible to manage and address any inquires in the global mobility team mailbox and employee's concerns.
- Monitoring monthly immigration expiry report
- Support to oversee and manage all electronic files to ensure documentation maintained for global mobility population.
- Responsible to review, oversee and manage monthly active list reporting for assignees, such a Workday report.
- Support relocation (end to end process) as required.
- Support into the resolution of vendor, employee issues or concerns related to global mobility program and or escalation as needed.
- Track the annual tax filing process and responsible to maintain authorization list and documentation for Mexico and LATAM region.
- Support, drive and execute on global mobility projects and initiatives as required.
- Work closely with third party vendors to ensure that timely and high-quality services are provided within agreed service levels.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in account, international relations, business administration, industrial engineer, human resources, or a related field. Preferably with a focus on global mobility.
- Bilingual (English) and Portuguese language is a plus.
- At least 3-4 years of experience in global mobility or a related field.
- Travel on demand (0-5 times per year) visa B1/B2.
