- Deliver instructor-led, online, and blended training programs for internal technical support, implementation, and external reseller partners
- Conduct product training company-wide, as well as periodic refresher training as needed
- Conduct train-the-trainer sessions as neededonce you master the content
- Create an open learning environment that facilitates group discussions using real-world scenarios and technical exercises, making sure that students develop knowledge, skill, and confidence to be successful
- Establish the brand and credibility and be viewed as a mentor and coach beyond the classroom
- Measure the efficiency, effectiveness, and outcomes of Learning and Development programs and share with the team
- Administer and grade exams, when applicable, to measure performance and report results
- Facilitate student and partner focus groups to identify strengths and opportunities for the future
**Qualifications**

- Nextiva, Technical Support Representative experience required
- Experience conducting live and virtual training using platforms such as Chime, Zoom, Microsoft Teams or other platforms preferred
- Excellent, high-energy, and engaging presentations skills with the ability to simplify complexity to build knowledge, skill, and confidence
- Proactive mindset and ability to take initiative with mínimal supervision
- Able to receive feedback and adjust output and behavior as required
- Ability to interact effectively with all departments and employee levels
- Solid organization, project management and planning skills
- Flexible, creative, and innovative, with the ability to manage responsibilities and priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented, and time-critical environment
- Technical aptitude, with an understanding of computer networking and related equipment, learning management systems, and training delivery platforms
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office programs - Word, PPT, Excel
- Instructional design or curriculum development experience a plus
- VoIP or cloud-based communications experience a plus
- Ability to travel up to 10% is required due to this potentially being a remote position
