This is a great opportunity to join our team that is seeking a like-minded person to expand our Industrial market share.What you will be doing:- As the Field Engineer, a typical day may include:- Drive brand awareness and position our solutions & capabilities with our customers- Build and maintain strong business relationships with customers to drive/increase sales and ensure an exceptional customer experience solving customer challenges- Develop sales opportunities and assist in developing the pipeline for future sales activity through daily interactions with customers.- Respond professionally to inquiries from customers.- Work with the Key Account Manager and AFG leader to execute strategy and account plan(s) for growth to TEWhat your background should look like- Bachelor's Degree (Mechanical Engineering preferred)- 5+ years' experience in consultive sales role- Knowledge of how to work with OEM (Original equipment manufacturer) and Distribution Channel partners- 20-30% travel required- EnglishDesirables:- Strong communicator (verbal, written, spoken) with strong listening skills- Interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong, credible relationships with our customers- Self-motivated with a focus to serving and helping customers- Problem solving, critical thinking, and project management skills- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute on priorities- Creativity to see alternatives and ability to show TE's Value proposition.**Competencies**:- Values: Integrity, Accountability, Teamwork, Innovation
