Honeywell IA MX0E plant is looking for Sr. Finance Analyst to work closely with Business and Finance leadership. This position will play a key support role to Finance Leader & Business Team in providing overall risk and opportunities insight into Financial & Business performance.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Ensure solid weekly / monthly analysis of all major business financial KPI's PC/ LOB / SBU perspective including all P&L / WC metrics within depth analysis on major variance drivers in a standard and robust format.
- Participate and support in coordination of processes including month closing. US and MX including maquiladora sales with IC.
- Present and discuss financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements to leadership team
- Monitor key financial metrics, identify areas for improvement, and propose actionable solutions to optimize the performance and effectiveness.
- Monitor the accounting records against financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Collaborate with other departments including HR, Procurement, Taxes, IT, Payroll and AP to manage an accurate financial recording.
- Participate in the financial planning and budgeting process.
- Close collaboration with other controllers and analysts in the team.
- Standard cost analysis Mat. Lab and OH for AOP (Including abs rates) and daily costing as required.
- Capital investment analysis, management and forecasting
- Annual physical inventory participation as leading auditors and making sure Policy is comply
**You Must Have**
Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Minimum of 4 years of Sr Accounting or Finance experience
