.Job Description:Location: Mexico, MTY Facility**Job Type**: Full TimeWork Type: On-Site**Responsibilities**:- Support Global CapEx projects monthly tracking, variance to plan analysis, identify gaps and prepare presentations.- Assist the Global commercial team with regional backlog orders reporting and analysis.- Provides the Commercial team monthly gross profit and gross margin insights at product level.- Support the Global Parts & Services business with monthly rebates and discounts reports.- Collaborates with multiple business partners and finance partners on ad-hoc projects and analysis.- Analyze Business Processes: Understand and document current business processes and workflows.- Identify Opportunities: Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.- Project Management: Support projects to implement new processes and systems.- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs and challenges.- Data Analysis: Analyze data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools.- Reporting: Prepare and present reports to management and other stakeholders. Work with NA FP&A team to improve reporting system & accuracy.Basic Qualifications- Education: bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, or related field. Master's degree preferred.- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst- Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills.- Language: Fluency in Spanish and English is required.- Technical Skills: 3+ years' experience working with excel and relevant financial systems: IBM Analytics, Cognos, Hyperion, OneStream, Workday, Oracle.
