Exciting management opportunity within the Honeywell Aerospace Finance Organization as the Site Finance leader for the Chihuahua, MX location.Site Finance Leader for the Aerospace business located in Chihuahau, MX. This position leads the Site Finance activities and is a key member of the Chihuahua Leadership team.**Key Responsibilities**- Leads the site ISC cost center budgeting and variance analysis process- Leads the site budget, forecast process related to key ISC finance P&L accounts (scrap, production cost variances, etc)- Ensures timely and accurate submission of financial reporting requirements to Aero HQ.- Partners with site leadership to drive cost reduction initiatives- Drives finance process improvements through the use of HOS tools, enhancing both control objectives as well as productivity.- Liaison for accounting and internal controls issues and communicating related impacts to both business Finance leaders and controller's organization.- Analyze and communicate the financial impact of changes in organizational structure, business decisions, accounting practices, financial processes and financial systems.- Leads and coordinate site cross-functional finance staff activities.- Manages the site Finance staff, including performance management and career development.- Quarterly review and compilation of representation letters, and internal control scorecards.- Manages business controls compliance for Sarbanes Oxley 404 certification.- Supports site HOS activities- Understanding the Aerospace business.- Ability to maintain business controls to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.- Ability to understand accounting and financial processes related to the sites and to develop working relationships with all involved.- Ability to manage and drive change.- Technically proficient.**Must Have**- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business.- SAP Knowledge, CO module- Standard Costing experience on manufacturing environment- Minimum 10 years accounting/finance experience.- Bilingual - English/Spanish**We Value**- 3 plus years Honeywell finance experience preferred.- Thorough understanding of GAAP, financial statements and metrics.- Goal-oriented, self-starter.- Sense of urgency, meets deadlines, responds quickly.- Manage multiple activities including multi-site activities.- Communicate with all levels of senior management.- Ability to lead and develop people, and manage personal performance.- Develop solid working relationships across organizational or functional boundaries.- Think creatively, anticipate problems and opportunities, develop vision for continuous improvement.- Global mindset**Additional Information**:- ** JOB ID**:HRD182527- ** Category**:Finance- ** Location**:Vialidad Tabalaopa No. 8507,Fraccionamiento Ejido Avalos,Chihuahua,CHIHUAHUA,31074,Mexico- Exempt
