**What you will do**
The GP Sr. Finance Manager RTR will be responsible for ERP project Record-to-Report process rationalization, mapping, simplification, and harmonization at enterprise level.
In addition to that, this role will support Finance Director SAP & PMO Manager in RTR processes model design, its governance and going forward policy changes, when required.
The GP Sr. Finance Manager RTR is a finance and accounting transformation agent, this includes controlling RTR initiatives managing internal and external structures.
This role is also responsible to work with R2R workstream Global Process Owner (GPO) to ensure consistency and interdependencies are well managed.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Support finance transformation program for R2R / PTF areas in collaboration with the various project leadership team and stakeholders.
Execute the Enterprise Foundation Design Decision in regional ERP implementation with business segment ERP construct and deploy.
- Participate in transformation based on future state end-to-end R2R processes design for global finance (all cycles in all geographies and for all reporting jurisdictions).
Future processes will be in-line with S4/Hana and Oracle Fusion models and must address simplicity, standardization, and scalability.
Ensure business scenarios that are unique and require specific processes are captured, documented, and benchmarked.
- Support RTR Workstream GPO to set up finance process at Enterprise level to valuate company's finance process to ensure efficiency and compliance, as well as identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
Make recommendations to policy or procedure changes as it pertains to system changes, and updates operational guidebooks
- Key role for ERP implementation working closely with the various team and acts as implementation partners and across finance functions (RTR/PTP/OTC) with RBC.
Provide recommendations and drive decisions critical for the success of the implementation.
- Participate in system UAT testing during deployment and provide guidance to RTR project lead for various program to align with Enterprise RTR strategy.
- Support Enterprise R2R GPO for all Finance systems implementation strategies including architecture of processes, collection, and validation of global business requirements, identifying user cases, preparation and facilitating user testing and training from R2R state point.
- Partner with Finance leaders and Shared Service Centers to define and deliver effective change management plans to ensure new capabilities are deployed effectively and adopted by the organization for Enterprise R2R function.
- Responsible for participation in business transformation from RTR and support on execution and transition plans related to initiatives and ad-hoc projects resulting from the ERP Enterprise project
- When required during these transition processes, this role is responsible to take the acting controller/accounting manager for the processes/ledgers in scope, this includes completing roll out, stabilize, and transition ownership to final owners
- Knowledge on month end closing processes.
Provide financial analysis and commentaries on monthly P&L, balance sheet and other relevant business KPIs, with comparisons to forecast and budgets.
- Full understanding on multiple plant operating costs and calculates margin impact per product family in detail.
- Fully manage Production orders, Sales orders, Inventory revaluation, Absorptions and Product Costing.
**Skills Required**:
- 6-8+ years experience
- Multiple years of exposure to financial accounting
- Experience in designing and documenting process flows
- Previous experience with ERP global templates
- Previous exposure/experience to/in global or regional finance shared services
- General accounting and controlling knowledge
- Excellent communication Skills
- Fluent in English language
**Education**
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science and/ or accounting preferred
- CPA preferred or experience working in controllership functions
