Top 50 company for Diversity and have multiple Sustainability awards (ranking #22 in the World and #1 in Food Products) • Wellbeing programs including Physical, Mental and Financial wellness Main purpose of the role: This position supports the Global COE.He/she will help the support the forecast, budget, and month-end processes for supply chain finance Central Costs.Main responsibilities: Prepare Central Charges forecasts and budget for Supply Chain Finance, working closely with senior level leaders to ensure cost centers are managed appropriately – 30% Prepare Month-End close entries and analysis for Cost Centers Supported – 25% Build Relationships with business partners to support forecast/budget/month end as well as business case analysis- 20% Identify and implement ideas to optimize processes, as well as work on projects – 15% Prepare and provide explanations for SOX reporting – 10% Support other Finance partners in overall analysis of SG&A impact to P&L Participate actively in projects and ad-hoc analyses.Continually standardize and optimize processes and reports across multiple business units.Essential requirements: Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting or Business Administration Proven knowledge of financial accounting standards and GAAP required.5+ years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis required.100% Bilingual Experience participating on projects, supporting finance initiatives with the business, preferred.Experience with transaction & reporting systems including, but not limited to Hyperion, SAP, Business Warehouse, TM1 or other local systems preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills required.Experience working with Sarbanes Oxley Controls, preferred.Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities required.Relevant Accounting Qualification in region e.g., CIMA, ACA or CPA – will be an advantage Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects at once, work under pressure, apply judgment and ask for aid in prioritizing as applicable required.Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal (written and verbal) communications skills with a demonstrated ability to work across functions & cultures and interact with all levels of the organization required.Demonstrates drive to find opportunities to improve existing process.Demonstrates ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload.Demonstrated ability of being a dynamic self-starter, to work independently and apply sound judgment to solve complex problems with incomplete and/or ambiguous information required and to proactively initiate action steps required.Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects at once, work under pressure, apply judgment and ask for aid in prioritizing as applicable required.McCormick and Company is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, color, religion, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, age, or any other characteristic protected by law.As a general policy, McCormick does not offer employment visa sponsorships upon hire or in the future.
