**The Job**:
As a Sr. Financial Analyst, you'll be part of our Finance team working as an onsite employee. You'll get to:
- Perform detailed analyses to identify, analyze, understand, and monitor the Company's key performance indicators.
- Active participation to assure a timely and accurate month end close.
- Determination of Monthly Maquila Invoice.
- Assure Account Reconciliations are accurately prepared, supported.
- Extract and provide all information to determine Monthly Income Tax.
- Support SAT Audits.
- Book manual journal entries and provisions required.
- Run, validate, and analyze FX revaluation for USGAAP/MEXGAA.
- Support on yearly Internal and external Audits thru timely delivery of information requested, identification of gaps countermeasures and implementation follow up.
- Works with external auditors and prepares audit work papers for the fiscal year end audit by researching and analyzing the year-to-date accounting information.
- Reviewing and analyzing financial statements and reports.
- Prepare Cash-Flow analysis to support cash needs.
- Bank reconciliations.
- Support Fixed Asset process (CIP track, follow up meetings, capitalizations, and Depreciation).
- Prepare statistics reports such as INEGI and similar.
- Prepare electronic accounting.
- Document processes and procedures.
- Identify risks and provide recommendations.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Provide support to other finance departments such as Costing, AP, Payroll.
- A proven team player, who possesses initiative and looks to drive team success.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in General Accounting, in a Maquila Manufacturing Site
- Managing multiple priorities, attention to detail, and accuracy.
- Skilled in time management and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with the ability to work well with all associates.
- SAP experienced preferred.
- Fluent communication in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving background.
