- Financial Reporting and Analysis:Prepare and communicate financial analyses to support plant initiatives.Perform month-end closing entries and prepare performance reports.Conduct monthly variance analysis of plant spending against budget and forecasts.Assist with standard cost calculations and related analytics.Support the preparation of annual budgets and monthly forecasts.
- Inventory Management:Manage cycle counts and obsolete inventory processes.
- Cost and Cash Productivity:Drive cost and cash efficiency initiatives with the leadership team.Develop analytical tools to understand the manufacturing cost structure.Provide variance analysis of cost center spending vs. budget, identifying trends and key cost drivers.
- Operational Improvement:Participate in and lead cross-functional projects focused on operational improvements.Lead the plant CAPEX process and financial analysis of alternative investments.
- Compliance and Audit:Control fixed assets and update CAPEX for Reynosa operations.
- Communication and Leadership:Summarize and communicate plant financial and operating results.Clearly articulate drivers of variance, including volume, mix, inflation, and productivity.Lead the month-end close process and load results into the reporting tool. YOU HAVE:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting preferred, Master Degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in Finance Manufacturing.
- 3+ years of experience in Cost analysis, financial planning.
- Bilingual C1 level.
- Labor+FOH+VOH Variance analysis.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Demonstrates a high level of understanding of how key finance and manufacturing decisions impact the business divisions and forecasted operating results/cash flows.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
- Proficient in all other Microsoft Office Products (Power BI is a plus).
