- Prepares and analyze annual financial cycle activities: Normal Volumes, Planning Lines, Structure Lines for Complete Goods Product lines.
- Performs Profit by Product financial analysis for IJD Complete Goods Product Lines.
- Provides financial counsel to management, Production Systems and other functional areas.
- Reviews proposed new product programs to assist in ensuring they meet the financial objectives of the corporation.
- Performs financial analysis for Investment projects.

- Demonstrated ability to analyze information from a variety of sources, identify issues, and communicate changes and trends.
- Actively works independently, strong time-management skills, skilled at prioritizing in order to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate across functions to accomplish a common goal.
- Educates employees outside of the Accounting function regarding Deere financial metrics to broaden understanding and assist with sound business decisions.
**What Makes You Stand Out**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including complex formulas and financial modeling.
- Understanding of finance management principles such as, cost accounting, unit general ledger activities, capital budgeting, financial forecasts, or financial analysis.
- Experience working in SAP.
- Understanding of financial concepts such as Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), Return on Investment (ROI), Operating Return on Assets (OROA), Shareholder Value Added (SVA), etc.
- Experience with costing process and financial forecast.
**Education**:
- Degree in Finance/Accounting, Management, or equivalent experience.
