**Job Details**
**_Primary Purpose: _**
Reporting to the Latin America Treasury Manager, this function will be responsible for JCI's liquidity management, participate in the implementation of JCI's Global Cash Management Strategy and in the management of the Company's bank relationships in North & Latin America.
**_Primary Duties: _**
**_Bank Relationship and Liquidity Management _**
- Responsible for bank account management in the Americas.
- Responsible for Company's daily cash and liquidity in the Americas region
- Responsible for the department's KPI's for Latin America
- Reviewing, understanding, reconciling and maintaining bank fees, cash-pool and credit facility agreements
- Participate in issuance of RFI/RFP's, negotiating and finalizing cash pool terms and conditions, and managing implementations
- Support further deployment, maintenance and continuous improvement of Trax, the Company's straight-through global payment platform over SwiftNet
- Support Treasury Manager in providing Treasury Advisory Services to Business Units
- Back-up for approving/ rejecting the adhoc trade finance requests from the Business
**_Job Specifications: _**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- Understanding of financial markets, financial instruments and cash management
- Detail oriented; strong analytical and communication skills
- Poised personality, well organized, capable of taking initiatives and work in a team-based environment
- An energetic, creative, results-oriented organizer with a focus on value adding processes and customer service.
- Above average computer skills.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- 1-3 years of relevant working experience in the treasury department of a large international company, major financial institution or large consultancy firm (preferred)
