We have embarked on a CEO-led transformation, as part of our journey to become a truly purpose-led, future-fit company.SR FINANCIAL ANALYSTMAIN PURPOSEResponsible for supporting Orbia Global and Corporate SG&A Functional Cost reporting, analysis, and planning processes.DIMENSIONS OF JOBSupport global cost center / functional area reporting, analysis, and planning processes across Orbia.Support standard reporting and definitions for global functional cost areas.Support / implement robust forecasting and budgeting processes including improvement of data quality, integration with headcount information, and coordination of budget/forecast timelines with Business Groups and Orbia Group FP&A.Analyze Orbia functional areas including monthly/quarterly variance analysis of SG&A costs.Collaborate with SG&A Functional Leaders including providing accurate reporting, clear and insightful analysis, and recommendations for cost savings.Assist Global Functional Leaders in preparing their global functional budgets.Collaborate with People Team to systematically track and align headcount for proper recording of cost actuals, forecasts, and budget.Assist in developing driver-based processes to improve granularity, visibility, communication, and accountability for SG&A functional costs.Collaborate with corporate controlling team in developing improved processes for inter-company allocations and "cost pooling" to facilitate management reporting needs for global functional teams.Support the monthly and quarterly Orbia reporting processes including assisting Global Functional Leaders with story-lining/commentary for global functional costs.Identify accounting errors and collaborate with corporate control team to ensure appropriate classification of expenses, accruals, and capital expenditures.Advise business unit finance teams in harmonizing cost center definitions and in their efforts to reconfigure local cost center structures to support global reporting standards.Develop knowledge and understanding of each functional area to provide insights and cost-saving recommendations
