To provide exceptional accounting and reporting services to a high paced Business Organization. To analyze and review current processes in order to adopt best practices. To be an integral part of a high-performance team.**Principales responsabilidades**:- Prepare Internal Monthly Financial Statements and supporting files.- Perform Financial Analysis activities and develop new ways to analyze, report and review the financial information.- Coordinate and prepare footnotes required for Parent companies in Spain and Mexico (Central).- Prepare financial statements and supporting footnotes for the statutory financial report.- Prepare ad hoc financial statements required by banks under loan covenant agreements as well as those required for negotiations with banks or other financial institutions.- Prepare in-depth analysis of Working capital and Free cash flows actuals and forecast on a monthly basis.- Monitor movements/transactions in Corporate legal entities / subsidiaries of CEMEX Holdings that are outside of CEMEX Inc.- Execute all reporting deliverables consistently, on-time, and accurately to support the US- Participate in Month end close process, including initiating, monitoring, validating SAP accounting results; This role includes support of an aggressive closing schedule and on the first 3 working days of each month may require an extended work shift.**Retos del puesto**:- This role includes support of an aggressive closing schedule and on the first 3 working days of each month may require an extended work shift**Habilidades y conocimientos requeridos**:Academic:- Bachelor's Degree in Finance and/or Accounting or related field- Must have computer literacy skills- Advanced Spreadsheet (MS Excel) skills required- SAP (ERP) skills strongly preferred- Windows Environment i.E.
