The Fixed Asset Analyst is responsible for creating and managing CIP (construction in process) projects since budgeted in the system, capitalizing projects, performing periodical physical inventories, assigning tags, and controlling assets at the facilities for the different production lines. The role also involves coordinating fixed assets sales and intercompany transfers, assessing possible disposal or impairment of assets, and complying with internal policies, trade compliance regulations, and any tax law. Additionally, the analyst will deliver information for statutory and SOX audits, accomplishing all requirements and possessing knowledge of USGAAP and statutory ledgers.General ResponsibilitiesOversees the completion of periodic accounting functions, such as annual ownership distributions, tax and insurance payments, annual audits, tax returns, and more.Advises the Global Ops team on inventory reduction programs with a focus on excess and obsolete stock.Prepares monthly reports that include interest rate sensitivity analysis, budget, margin and income metrics, loan volume and pricing metrics, and ad hoc analysis.Manages compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.Evaluates Venture Capital, Real Estate, Real Asset, Infrastructure, and Credit strategies.Collaborates with necessary internal personnel to automate daily tasks, increase the reliability of existing processes, and improve financial modeling efforts.Experience / QualificationsA university degree required (i.E., Bachelor's degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands.Strong communication skills; oral, written, and presentation.Strong organization, planning, and time management skills to achieve results.Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity.Accountable for achieving goals and standards.Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers.#J-18808-Ljbffr
