The Fixed Asset Analyst is responsible to create, manage CIP (construction in process) projects since budgeted in system, capitalization of projects, perform periodical physical inventories, assign tag and control assets at the facilities for the different production lines, coordinate fixed assets sales and intercompany transfers, assess the possible disposal or impairment of assets, complying internal policies, trade compliance regulations and any tax law.Information delivery for statutory and SOX audits accomplishing all requirements and knowledge on USGAAP and Statutory ledgersGeneral Responsibilities- Oversees the completion of periodic accounting functions, such as annual ownership distributions, tax and insurance payments, annual audits, tax returns and more- Advises the Global Ops team on inventory reduction programs with focus on excess and obsolete stock- Prepares monthly reports that including interest rate sensitivity analysis, budget, margin and income metrics, loan volume and pricing metrics and ad hoc analysis- Manages compliance with local, state and federal regulations- Evaluates Venture Capital, Real Estate, Real Asset, Infrastructure and Credit strategies- Collaborate with necessary internal personnel to automate daily tasks, increase the reliability of existing processes, and improve their financial modeling effortsExperience / Qualifications- A university degree required (i.E.
