As a SR FORMULATOR, you will manage the development and adaptation of new powder technologies, support production and quality to of the products in the customer's lines.You will report to the head of laboratory.
**Key Responsibilities**- Create formulas at laboratory level and scale them to Production level.- Work as a team with production and quality to ensure the good performance of the technologies.- You will evaluate raw materials for manufacturing cost efficiencies.- Identify improvements and changes to adapt formulas to the regional market.- Prepare and ship products and samples for analysis or testing.- Relocation of technologies.
**Qualifications**- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering- Intermediate English.- Color theory.- Formula scaling.- 2+ years of experience in water-based and solvent-based liquid painting techniques.
