.Meztal is seeking a Senior Front-End Software Engineer to join our innovative team. You will collaborate closely with the CEO, CTO, and other team members to design and build the software infrastructure that supports our platform. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in driving forward our ambitious vision.What You'll Do:Full Development Lifecycle: Design, build, and implement new services throughout the entire development process. Write elegant, well-tested code using a modern technology stack, and develop libraries and frameworks that enhance our efficiency and deliver value to our users.Collaborate with Product Team: Engage in architecture and design decisions, participate in stand-ups, code reviews, and retrospectives, and contribute to an engineering culture focused on delivering simple, intuitive, and high-impact experiences.Engineering Generalist: Work across the technology stack, from server and database development to API integration and frontend implementation. Take end-to-end ownership and responsibility for projects throughout the full development lifecycle.Innovate and Scale: Contribute to both scaling and automating existing services, as well as bringing new features and innovations to life. Participate in product strategy and development within a highly collaborative team environment.Who We're Looking For:Full-Stack Generalist: A versatile engineer with experience taking products from 0-1. You have an entrepreneurial mindset and are passionate about building technology that disrupts the industry.Front-End Expertise: Highly skilled in frontend development using React, TypeScript, Next.Js, JavaScript, Tailwind, and DrizzleORM.Backend Proficiency: Capable in backend development with experience in Rust, MySQL, and Node.Js.Independent Worker: Able to work independently, take ownership of significant projects or codebase areas, and drive them to completion.Product Development Experience: Strong experience in building and scaling paid products and services is highly preferred.Excellent Communicator: Able to articulate technical challenges, constraints, and timelines effectively.
