Requirements Proven ability to design innovative projects that leverage effective technologies, meet deadlines, and achieve objectives.
Experience in developing RESTful web services and working with XML, HTML, and SOA architectures.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, particularly for performance optimization.
Effective verbal and written communication, with the ability to lead Agile teams and mentor less experienced team members.
Commitment to delivering high-quality code by following best practices and translating complex requirements into functional applications.
Competencies and Impact: Capable of managing medium to complex assignments with minimal supervision.
A key contributor to large-scale technical initiatives, with a strong ability to identify and solve problems effectively.
Communicates across teams and external stakeholders, providing clear explanations and guidance.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
At least 5 years of experience in developing web-based applications using Java, REST, and other modern technologies.
Proficiency in Java (Spring, Apex), JavaScript frameworks (Node.js, Angular , React), and database integration.
Preferred experience includes familiarity with tools like Jira, Agile methodologies, Hibernate, and legacy system integration.
