See If You Qualify We're currently seeking a Sr. Full Stack UX-UI Designer to join our growing team to design and maintain our design system and UI libraries for our FinTech, PropTech, and SaaS products.Multitaskr is the only marketplace that simplifies the home improvement process by modernizing the residential construction industry using the perfect combination of human-centered interaction, PropTech and FinTech technology.RESPONSIBILITIESCollaborate with product management and developers to envision and execute new and improved user experiences through wireframes, mood boards, high fidelity mockups, clickable prototypes, and user journeys.Work with the product manager and design director to define goals and requirements.Ensure consistency and clarity within and between individual workflows.Create, evaluate, and refine ideas and concepts.Frequently apply UX/UI standards and processes and push to iterate to the highest degree of quality and consistency.Utilize and participate when possible in user interviews and testing.Consider both function and delight in design.QUALIFICATIONS6+ years of professional experience developing and maintaining scalable design systems for SaaS products (preferably for PropTech and construction industries).Expert knowledge of atomic design and UI design systems using symbols.Expert level with Figma in a team environment.Experience with Framer and other micro-animation interactive prototyping tools.Proactive and a self-starter.Strong communication skills (English/Spanish 100% proficiency).#J-18808-Ljbffr
