As a Sr. Fullstack Developer - Ruby on Rails, you will:
- Define or refine the scope of new features with the Product Managers
- Answer technical questions from non-engineering stakeholders like the Product Manager
- Identify the root cause of bugs
- Distribute work among team members
- Platform reviewer - responsible for reviewing and approving PRs
**Requirements**:
- 5+ years of experience as a Fullstack developer
- 5+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails
- Git, Bash
- Proficient in SQL
- Proficient in ReactJS
- CI/CD (e.g. Jenkins, Azure pipelines, GitHub action, GitLab)
- Networking (DNS, proxies, web servers, virtual hosts)
- Serverless technologies (e.g. AWS Lambdas / Step functions)
- MySQL and PostgreSQL
- Unit tests
- Nice to have: Familiar with agile/ SCRUM workflows
