Supervise the correct elaboration of the pay ror all hourly, salary, and outsourcing employees.
Assure that all employees know the process llow in order to receive the proper benefits and compensations.
Administer all activities that lead to the proper execution and application of the Labor Contract including salaries and benefits.
Attend employees (work related letters and information, benefits and services,etc.)
Attend Union Representatives in a daily basis.
Administer employee discipline and internal rules guidelines compliance.
Execute employee termination process.
Provide support to employee grievances.Administer People Soft employee kardex ales.
Keep updated job descriptions.
Administer recruitement resources, internal and rnal job postings.
Responsible of providing the best talent through the recruitement and selection procer achieving the companys goals.
Interview and select candidates according to job profiles and Side.
Assure new hires go through proper selection process including labor background research, medical tests, and documentation according to JCI policies.
Perform hiring process to new employees that includes employee data in People Soft, Kronos, IT Services, personle, ID Card, Payroll Card, etc.
Coordinate with Training, the proper orientation progrr new hires according to JCI Policies.
Monitoring and mantein the absenteeism and turnover Elaborate, evaluates and participate in the contract collective revisionsWhat are we lookirProfessional degree, preferably in labeld.
Needs to be computer literate and proficient in the use and application of programs such as:Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
