About the roleDescription
Responsible for conceptualizing, creating, and executing high-impact visual designs across multiple platforms and mediums, from initial concept to final delivery.
Consistently applies creative problem-solving, artistic vision, and technical proficiency to produce innovative designs that meet client objectives and elevate brand identity.
Collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure design integrity throughout project lifecycles.
Provides mentorship and guidance to junior designers, while keeping internal stakeholders informed of project progress and design trends.
The ideal candidate must be able to communicate fluently in English, as this role requires regular interaction with international team members and clients.
Key responsibilitiesCreate high-level conceptual designs and creative concepts for various projectsCollaborate with marketing and other design team members to discuss and develop projectsInterpret briefs and develop designs from concept to final graphicsEnsure layouts are visually appealing, on-brand, and meet project objectivesUtilize appropriate design software to create compelling visual solutionsConsistently uphold and apply brand and style guidelines across all projectsProvide guidance and constructive feedback to junior design team membersManage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines efficientlyQualifications and skillsBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related fieldMinimum of 6 years of professional graphic design experience (agency experience is a plus)Excellent communication skills in both English and SpanishProficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects)Strong creative and layout skills, with expert knowledge in typography, image selection, and color theoryAbility to create innovative and high-level conceptual designsExperience with various graphic outputs including print, digital, and environmental designStrong problem-solving and organizational skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing prioritiesSelf-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a teamStrong portfolio demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and proficiency in design softwareExperience with project management tools (e.g., Workfront, Asana, Trello) is beneficial
