.Description:HR operations Shared Service (GPS) is a sector of the PeopleTeam that is devoted to empower and make easier the employees life cycle in GlobalLogic, with their day-to-day tasks.Requirements:Graduated in Business Administration, Human Resources, Labor Relations or similar careers.2 years of experience as an HR Generalist or specialist in specific areas of HR, such as pre-boarding, background checks, customer service, or others.Demonstrated basic knowledge of HR policies, processes and practices.Intermediate to advanced knowledge of English, as they will participate in meetings and global processes.Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational, motivational, communication and problem-solving skills.Proven ability to effectively interact with all organizational levels in a multicultural environment and build strong, trusted relationships.The ability to provide quality customer service within an HR shared services environment.Willingness to learn and be able to adapt to fast-paced, high-growth environments.Job Responsibilities:Responsible to run background checks and keep track of them.Preparing offer letters and offer packages for candidates.Communication with stakeholders throughout the process and providing timely updates.Ensure candidate and new hire engagement during the onboarding process by providing progress updates and support through effective communication.Be able to quickly learn and understand company policies and processes to be able to support our shared services help desk, to provide excellent customer service in all areas of HR.Attend all Employee requests related to Google RMI project.Focus on a high level of customer satisfaction through soliciting customer feedback and timely follow-up.Participate and contribute to regional shared services team initiatives such as process improvements, adoption, support, and team training.Assist with creating/updating Operating Procedures Articles.What We Offer:Exciting Projects: Come take your place at the forefront of digital transformation!
