Consult with and influence senior leaders to take actions on emerging people related topics. Translate business requirements into human capital imperatives and utilize the full value chain of HR to derive relevant HR solutions to meet the evolving needs of the business. Play a key role in orchestrating and facilitating changes to organizational culture, design and structure..**Responsibilities include the following**:- HR policies ownership, includes pay, compensation and medical related- Implementation of corporate initiatives and directives relating to HR policies and practices on compensation and benefits, health & welfare, employee services, and safety - medical.- Regional Data Privacy and employee documentation management, EHF, etc.- Serve as a regional expert on managing compliance related to the Mexican Labor Law, health & welfare, employment laws and regulations- Serve as expert for the compliance program for Employee Rights and Working conditions, Data Privacy, Conflict of interest, Employee issue resolutions and Health and Safety- Make decisions regarding all aspects of the system including strategy, policies, exceptions, and learning for the different locations in the region- Provide guidance, counseling and risk management on employment issues having the potential for significant risk to the company. Handle legal and compliance issues on an ongoing basis.- Involvement in high profile resolutions across the region.- Provide advisory or consulting and auditing services in HR processes to HR Managers and HR reps across- Guide the business on the appropriate HR programs, processes, and policies based on the business environment / strategy.- Payroll operations and data processing surveillance for Sarbanes Oxley compliant and internal control requirements- Drive consistency in the labor contingency plan, emergency and response plan- Identifies and implements process improvements to maintain HR corporate and legal compliance- Serves as project Leader, green belt, and SME on 6 Sigma teams as needed.- Moderate travel required (15% - 25% of working time)- Employee may also be responsible for performing other job duties occasionally as assigned.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in engineering, human resources or law
