As the HR site leader for the Monterrey site, you will serve as the first point of contact for people leaders and employees to provide counsel, coaching and support on HR fundamentals and employee related questions.

**Responsibilities**
Provide dedicated guidance and coaching to the Monterrey-based team within a complex business environment, including supporting multiple matrixed organizations aligned with our Magnetic Resonance (MR) and Womens Health / X-Ray (WHXR) Imaging segments.
- Partner with client leaders and their staff to provide strategic HR partnership to develop and execute both long-term and short-term HR strategies that directly support and enable the business and operations objectives.
- Coordinate with MR and WHXR regional partners who support sites to optimize region/local support and practices, as appropriate.
- Provide timely, effective, and direct coaching to business leaders, assisting in the development of strong, contemporary leadership skills
- Provide strategic coaching to key talent in extended client group as it pertains to succession planning, career path development, and performance management
- Drive efficiency and consistency across all functions within the site to improve the culture and employee engagement.
- Lead and coach site leadership on HR processes including: Employee advocacy/engagement, Employee relations management, Performance management, Career development, Talent assessment, acquisition, and retention, and Workplace investigations as appropriate
- Partner with HR Business Partners and HR Solutions teams (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, etc) professionals to execute business and site-specific HR strategies
- Ensure that all employee relations issues are properly identified, reported, investigated and resolved in a timely manner and deploy strategy for a highly compliant and safe workplace.
- Conduct investigations including gathering, preserving, documenting and analyzing all available information and evidence, and in some circumstances, making recommendations to the business on disciplinary action
- Lead key HR processes including compensation planning and compliance
- Conduct HR training and support for functional processes like Performance Development, People Review, Salary Planning, New Employee Orientation
- Drive People Leader excellence through training, intentional development planning, seeking and providing feedback and coaching to site leaders, roundtables, and team/leader assimilations, as needed.
- Work closely with plant and union personnel/leadership to ensure open communications, appropriate negotiations and prompt issue resolution
- Maintain and protect confidential data with utmost scrutiny, judgment, and care
- People Leadership of an on-site HR team consisting of both employees and interns including priority setting, talent development and ongoing coaching and guidance.
- Lead other site-wide and segment-wide HR projects as necessary, working across multiple client groups
**Qualifications**
- English advanced (required) this position reports to US.
- Business Administration or Industrial Engineering or something similar.
- More than 10 years in similar roles
- Experience managing complex situations
- Communication skills
