Provide HR support for the Building Automation business while partnering with cross-functional teams and leaders to broker HR services. You will actively engage in staffing, organizational development and talent management. You will utilize your HR functional expertise to align critical human resources principles with business objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that drive business results.
- Provide guidance on complex HR issues, organizational design, and development.
- Manage talent acquisition, including recruiting, interviewing, and hiring processes, to meet the needs of the building automation business.
- Drive initiatives that promote a culture of inclusion, agility, and learning within the organization.
- Collaborate with the HR Services Talent Operations team to ensure efficient HR service delivery.
- Support the development and integration of HR technology systems to improve HR processes.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to inform decision-making and report on HR performance.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and manage relationships with external agencies as required.
- Participate in the design and delivery of HR programs and initiatives that support employee engagement and retention.
**MUST HAVE**
- Bachelor's Degree on HR or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent communication in English and Spanish and negotiation skills
- Project Management abilities
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team and with all levels of management.
- Knowledge of HR regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
