SR HR Generalist

Implement the organisation's human resource strategy so that the organisation attracts, manages, develops and retains the employees it needs - in partnership with business management - to achieve its current and future business objectives. In charge of Recruitment, Labor Relations, Union Negotiations, Training & Development, Succession Planning, Organizational Design. Formulates policies and supervise policy and legal compliance. May lead important regional initiatives.
- Deploy programs and policies related with salary employees. Preventive and corrective Salary labor conflicts among Employees.
- Utilize ADP Reporting tool (queries) for standard reports. Execute and keep control Salary promotions through the ADP system. Advice in ADP implementations and updates: Succession, C&B, L&D & Performance Management.
- Help managers assess the current skill & competency level of incumbents. Manage Recent College Graduates salary increases, follow up on coaching and be sure the tracking is under standards.
- Facilitates from HR perspective alignment of organizational processes, systems and culture with key business priorities. Execute HR portion of IAC Operating System.
- CDE (Council Development Employee) Tier 2 facilitator. Perform individual, group or organizational interventions (strategic sessions, new leader assimilation, etc). Advice on C&B programs and activities such as Flex Benefits.
