Underthe direct supervision of the Human Resource Manager, is responsible for thedevelopment and implementation of Human Resources processes in the Plant, andat the same time assist in the same way for the whole operation.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES Implementation and follow up of all Kohler policies regarding Human Resources.
Assisting the internal customer on his needs, taking into account the corporate human resources policies.
Serve as a link between the human resources organization and the workforce, becoming a representative of the company and at the same time an employee advocate.
Implement recognition and reward programs in order to continue to work on becoming the employer of choice and at the same time work on retention tools.
Measure the work environment in order to prevent problems among our workforce and between the workers and their supervisors.
Prepare and collect information to understand, analyze and solve HR related problems.
Participate in the solution of everyday HR related problems in the plant.
Coordinate and/or support sport events, integration events, services for personnel, transportation service, and other activities related to associates.
Create and maintain a respectful relationship with the union representatives
Comply with the Healthand Safety Roles and Responsibilities established for this position (SeeResponsibilities chart by position).

Reports to Human Resources Mgr., Kohler Sanimex.

Frequent contact with General Supervisors and Foremen.
Frequent contact wth all factory personnel in Sanimex.
Frecuent contact with Union delegates

Frecuent contact with Kohler Attorney
Moderate contact with the Mexican Labor agencies.
Moderate contact with vendors Skills/Requirements EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEREQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION: Preference Bachelor´sdegree.
EXPERIENCE: Preference 1 to 2 years of experience inHuman Resources, specifically in a manufacturing operation.
FORMATION: Preferenceworking Knowledge of Microsoft Windows based software applications. Bilingualskills preferred.
