Company located in Ciudad Juarez is searching a **Sr. HR Manager,** responsible for providing expertise and guidance to manufacturing plants in the areas of culture, change management, strategic coaching, talent assessment and development, succession planning, performance management, and organizational design. Partners with Plant manager and key business leaders in the development of business strategy. Responsible for the smooth and profitable operation of company's human resources departments, provide consultation to management on strategic staffing plans, compensation, fringe benefits, training and development, budget, employee relations, insurance and health benefits, and employee services. Provide guidance and direction for legal and risk compliance.**EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**:- BA / BS degree or equivalent, MBA degree preferred.- Human Resources Certification preferred.- Bilingual English - Spanish- 10+ years of HR related activities experience, 5+ years at manager level within manufacturing environment.- Experience in managing unions in large multi-national manufacturing sites.- Experience with compliance of BASC/CTPAT requirements. Compliance with Federal, Local and FDA Regulations.- In-depth understanding of applicable NOMs in matters of labor, hygiene and safety, required by STPS, IMSS.- Must have knowledge of CGMP's, OSHA, and ISO Regulations.- Proven experience in negotiating and administering Union Labor contracts.- Experience developing and administering corporate compliance with personnel policies and procedures and Code of Conduct.- Leadership capabilities required in implementing and managing corporate programs, complying with local legislation and company vision.- Excellent Organizational and Planning skills, problem-solving, collaboration and project management skills.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: A partir de $1.00 al mesHorario:- Turno matutino
